This fine stained glass piece is 100% hand-made in Massachusetts by artist Hester A. Davis using only the finest materials. Red/white/black glass, photo opening is protected by a layer of clear glass, photo can be inserted into back of frame with sliding picture frame backing. Constructed with copper foil and solder, picture frame backing and glass is held by a zinc slider frame.
Hester follows a meticulous process that has been used for hundreds of years and is time-tested for structural stability and lasting beauty. All pieces are assembled with the traditional copper foil and solder, and are made to last. They may be hung as stand-alone art or can be installed into an existing or custom frame as a permanent fixture to add to the beauty of your home.
